Paint Booth Cabin:- Modular shape in octagonal configuration provide smooth uniform airflow in the paint booth thereby excellent ensuing recovery in conventional designs, most of over sprayed powder paint accumulates at the bottom of the paint booth, making it easy to clean in ADARSH Super Extracta™ a fixed thorough of conical shape is provided. Due to the special design and configuration of powder in the thorough is prevented and can be quickly set for colour change. The system can be made semi-automatic with very low investment. Virtually no wastage of powder paint due to high power collection efficiency through Super Extracta Cyclone.

GAS FIRED OVEN FOR PAINT BAKING :-
The Gas fired burner fitted is wan versed to set the data's of the external temperature to have the burner automatically controlled. A climate probe given thorough IQ control along with the burner measures the temp. In such a way the burner automatically adjusts thorough ion the burner thermic power according to and users real necessity by modulating either the air or gas output. When the burner is operation consequently in the heating chamber the squad condenser collect the blow (air) from the blower pushes the same in the condenser executing air burned grading temperature 300°C to 400°C accordingly the articles suspended. Then the burner air passes out into hot air due to obtaining temp.300°C to 400°C in the combustion chamber and air collected. This hot air from the burner oozes out through the chimney. the burned air then reaches in the oven through the duct, the articles for curing in the oven collects the charged air for the purpose required readily in the oven avoiding any downfall temp (Which remains unchanged).
