After the many R&Ds and upgrades between 2010 -2021, In 2022, the technology has been upgraded with the new gen. digital controllers with improved ADARSH ROBO Coating -III electrostatic guns.

Fully conveyorized powder coating plant. This conveyor covers all the treatment sections required for a particular material before powder coating and paint backing.

Automatic Powder coating System

Fully automatic powder coating robotic system for different types of coatings on different materials. It is pre-loaded with the multiple presets to paint on inside/outside corners, flat surface, re-painting etc.
